What wasn't working
Producing a personalized, illustrated children's storybook traditionally required writers, illustrators, narrators, and weeks of work — putting custom storytelling out of reach for parents, educators, and creators. Off-the-shelf books can't star a specific child, pet, or classroom theme.
What we built
We designed and built StoryBloomer end-to-end: prompt-to-story generation, AI illustrations in a consistent style, warm AI narration on every page, an animated flipbook reader you can share with a link, and print-ready PDFs. Families can start free, turn a pet into a storybook hero, and read together with official StoryBloomer Friends characters.

StoryBloomer is live and public at storybloomer.com — a storytelling platform where families create personalized animal stories together, browse a gallery of stories other families have made, and choose from published subscription plans. The screenshots on this page are captured from the live site.
