Onboard new clients, and use project management software to confirm all tasks are being completed
Monitor team daily tasks for completion and best practices coaching
Research social media trends and educate the team on new strategies
Provide weekly one-to-one calls with the team members
Assign and reassign team tasks as needed to manage the overall workload
Monitor workflows and suggest new hires as needed
Schedule weekly Client calls to oversee the website development projects to completion
Assist Social Media Managers on Client calls as needed, and ensure they are delivering top results
Manage and oversee the blog writing process with the Content Writing Team
Review and assist with team monthly marketing ideas for clients: contests, coupons, ads, giveaways, emails, promotions, etc.
Review team Monthly Reports, create benchmarks, participate in client report review calls
Provide a monthly report to the Executive Team with fresh ideas for improvement and team feedback
What you need for this position:
Professional Leadership experience managing a staff

Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Twitter, Google Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest
Creative mindset, and willingness to do ongoing research to keep the company innovative with fresh ideas we can implement to get even better marketing results
Ability to design social media posts with Canva, Adobe, etc.
Understanding of social media engagement best practices
Understanding of branding and social media marketing best practices
Understanding of Google Analytics
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work well with a team, self-starter, and self-motivated
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent written and oral communication, including editing for web copy
High-level attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with email programs like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Aweber, Active Campaign, etc.
Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with various research tools
Experience running targeted ads that get results on various platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Fast internet connection, home office, and working computer
Experience working with tools like Basecamp, SEM Rush, ChatGPT, MOZ Local, and Trello is a plus
Experience working with WordPress, design, and some development skills a plus
Generate new leads by attending networking events, making cold calls, calling on inactive accounts, and prospecting new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct in-depth client needs analyses to understand clients’ business objectives and advertising strategies to find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising
Create and present customized sales presentations/proposals and successfully close negotiations
Meet or (preferably) exceed monthly sales goals
Sell digital advertising and marketing solutions customized to each client’s needs, from Website Development, SEO, Social Media, Mobile Apps, Email Marketing, Video Development, PPC ads and more
What you need for this position:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of digital sales experience and/or digital agency experience preferred
Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Comprehensive working knowledge of digital media
Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
Must be highly self-driven, demonstrate great initiative, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail
Must be a confident, flexible, be able to multi-task, and be able to work independently
